Went to the Dr. yesterday. Swelling is down and no pain, but I still have to wear the cast 24 hours a day. Starting to do a little stretching. If that goes well, he’ll increase my range of motion in the cast next week. It’s a slow process.

This will probably ruin a lot of the crust skiing. Given my injury, I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing.
